ASEC make Electro-Mechanical Weighbridges with three lever, five lever and nine lever system are most suitable for long term project like Public Weighbridge and for personal uses as for his huge longibility.

Features:-  i)       Pit type construction requires less space for Vehicle movement.

  1. Lever type mechanism transfer proportionate load to the Loadcell and keeps Loadcell safe from any shock, eccentric or side load.
  2. Longitudinal thrusts are absorbed by suspension design and allows the lever to swing in the direction of the vehicle.
  3. Knife-edges and bearings are made from specially treated carbon tool steel, which ensures long life.
  4. Platform is supported by longitudinal beams and heavy duty section transform made steel.
  5. Steel strips on the top of Platform prevents skidding.
  6. Micro-controller based latest design Digital Indicator with serial interface with RS232C with Computer / Intelligent Terminal.  
  7. High precision ‘S’ type branded Loadcell with Rod end mount allows to continue with existing Mechanical System. Loadcell is installed at better position to avoid damages due to submerge into water due to heavy rain in monsoon.
  8. Optional Remote Parallel Display for outside the control room or weighbridge room.
